There are no attendee email or phone fields, no calendar account connection and no server involved: you send the invite yourself, so other people's contact details never touch this page. The location field asks for a public meeting point on purpose. Early meetups with people you don't know well belong in public places, and a plan you're about to paste into a chat should never contain a home address.

Do I need to sign up, give an email or a phone number?

Do you connect to my calendar account?
Never. The tool never asks for calendar credentials and has no access to any calendar. The .ics file is generated in your browser and you open it yourself, and the Add to Google Calendar and Outlook buttons are ordinary pre-filled links you can review before saving anything.
What is an .ics file and where does it work?
It is the standard calendar file format (RFC 5545). Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook, Fastmail, Proton Calendar and most phone calendars can import it. Download it, open it, and your calendar app offers to add the event.
How are time zones handled?
The tool defaults to the time zone your browser reports and you can change it. Times are converted to a fixed instant so the event lands correctly for anyone in any zone. Always re-read the summary before you send it — an event on the wrong day is the most common scheduling mistake there is.
Can I add a reminder?
Yes. Pick a reminder and the .ics file carries a standard display alarm, so calendars that support alarms will notify you before the meetup. Calendar apps sometimes apply their own default instead, so confirm the reminder after importing.
Do you ask for attendee emails or phone numbers?
No. The tool intentionally has no attendee fields. You send the invite yourself through whatever chat or app you already use, which keeps other people's contact details out of this page entirely.
Do you store my event details?
No. Everything runs in your browser: nothing you type is uploaded, logged or saved, and analytics only records that this tool page was used. Closing the tab clears it.
