The walkthrough

From signing up to sitting down

Strictly platonic, adults 18+, in beta in Los Angeles.

  1. Step 1 — Create your profile

    Add a couple of photos, a short bio and up to three “Looking for” badges — coffee, gym partner, gaming night, hiking. It takes a few minutes and it is free.

    Adults 18 and over only. We ask for a date of birth solely to enforce that rule; it is never shown to other members.

  2. Step 2 — Discover who is around

    Browse adults and communities near you on the map and in lists, filtered by what you are actually looking for.

    Your pin is always an approximate, randomized area and distances show as coarse ranges. Location sharing is off until you turn it on, and Hidden mode is always available.

  3. Step 3 — Message, or post on the Board

    Start a conversation directly, or put a plan on your city's Local Board and let people reply. Both are unlimited and free.

    Chat is text and photos today. Voice and video are coming soon while we finish device testing.

  4. Step 4 — Make a safe plan

    Turn a conversation into a real meetup, RSVP, and keep it in your shared calendar. Meet in public first and tell someone where you are going.

    Every profile, post, message and meetup has Report and Block. Blocking is two-way and reporters stay anonymous.
