You must be 18 or older to create a BRUH account, appear on the live map, join a chat, or enter a BRUH Room. Accounts for minors are prohibited, and we do not offer a version of BRUH for people under 18.

You confirm your date of birth when you sign up. If the birth date on an account is under 18, the account cannot be created or kept active. We also remove accounts when we learn the member is under 18.

If you believe a member is under 18, report it and we will review the account. You can:

• Use the report option on the member's profile or in the chat
• Or email safety@heybruh.app with the profile name or link and what you observed

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and accounts we confirm as underage are removed. Please do not share screenshots containing another person's private information beyond what is needed to identify the account.

We rely on the age you provide, member reports, and moderation review. BRUH does not perform government-ID checks, biometric age estimation, or background checks, so never assume another member has been verified. Use your own judgment when meeting anyone new.

• Location sharing is off until you turn it on, and you can turn it off any time
• Your exact location is never shown to anyone. BRUH places your pin in an approximate, randomized area — choose Hidden, Neighborhood or Wider area in Settings, and distances are only ever shown as coarse ranges like “under 1 mile”
• Meet in public places first and tell someone where you're going
• Keep conversations on BRUH until you're comfortable
• Block and report anyone who pressures, harasses, or scams you
• BRUH is not a dating or hookup app — sexual content and solicitation are not allowed
