Why a friendship app builds free tools
BRUH exists because adult friendship has a logistics problem, not a desire problem. Most people want more real-life plans. What they don't have is a supply of people nearby who are free at the same time, and a low-effort way to turn “we should hang out” into a time, a place and a confirmed yes.
Every tool here is a slice of that. The conversation starters solve the blank-message problem. FAQ
Are these tools really free?
Yes. All thirteen work in your browser with no account, no payment and no API keys. They exist because BRUH is a friendship app, and the same problems the app solves — what do I say, where do we go, is this safe — come up long before anyone signs up.
Do you save what I type?
No. Every tool runs entirely on your device. Nothing you type is sent to a server or stored in a database. We record anonymous counts of page views and how many results were generated, and never the content of your inputs or results.
Do I need a BRUH account?
Not for the tools. An account is only useful if you want the rest of it: seeing which members near you are free, joining plans that already exist, and chatting with people in your area.
Who is BRUH for?
Adults 18 and older of any gender, looking for friends, activity partners and community. It is not a dating app — no swiping, no matches, no romance.
Can I use these outside Los Angeles?
Almost all of them are location-neutral. The hangout idea generator is built around Los Angeles areas, but the plan structures it produces work in any city.
